1. Get This Tool Virtualdub-MPEG2 from here http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/stabl...

2. You Need AC3 Decoder Plugins so go to http://ac3filter.net an select the stable packages %26gt;%26gt; http://downloads.sourceforge.net/ac3filt...

3. You need mp3 plugins Radium Mp3 Codec (better quality mp3 plugins) get it from http://digilander.libero.it/divxdoor1/sw...

4. Install all plugins Radium %26amp; AC3Filter first before you run VirtualDUB MPEG2.

5. from Virtual DUB =%26gt; File %26gt; Open Video File , open that mp4 file

6. from Virtual DUB =%26gt; Audio %26gt; Full Processing Mode

7. from Virtual DUB =%26gt; Audio %26gt; Compression , then select Mpeg Layer 3 then select Audio Rate as you wish

8. From Now on, you are ready to rip the audio

9. from Virtual DUB =%26gt; File %26gt; Save WAV , Important things is, you should put extension file as *.mp3 exp. test.mp3 then %26lt;ENTER%26gt;

just wait and then try your mp3 audio file with your favo` player
