how do i get my computer to recognize my sansa, by san disk mp3 player, it has 1 gb of storage and radio. iplug it in, and it says 0 mb of storage, and 0 mg of capacity, do i need memory? i don't see anything in the slot, it's brand new, i have windows xp home; also my player does not recognize it.
