i have a really old diamond rio 500 and i have music match jukebox10 i cant download onto my mp3 player .please help with instructions and yes i know how to plug it in.

I think the reason of ur problem is that ur musicmatch is very new and ur diamond rio is very old!
I don't really know what u should do, but may be there will be newer drivers for ur mp3 player. Go to its website and check it.
